OMG I watched this 2 month ago and I just drank water everyday I use 2 drink a bunch of soda and fat foods then i stopped and I got my self to stop eating those fats I use to weigh 160 and I was in 8th grade and my parents said you look fine but then freshmen year came all my friends were saying that I gained weight I was right the whole time then I watched this video and drank water every day and now I weigh 135 holy crap so trust me on this one just try this get away from fat foods stop drinking soda and fat foods and drink more water😃

    • What I did (because my daughter suggested I get it) I downloaded something called Plant Nanny and you set your weight height and gender and it will tell you how much water you need a day based on your weight. Every two or four hours the plant will remind you it’s thirsty so you drink your daily amount, I’ve drank a lot and dropped 15 pounds
