    • +Vos Vossenhol Don’t listen to your friends, they are probably jealous because you are beautiful. Just have healthy balanced diet and regular exercise, Don’t Starve yourself. I’m 22 and when I was your age my friends kept calling me fat and I ended up having an eating disorder and becoming underweight which stunted my growth, I am healthy now but I wish I didn’t starve myself as a teenager and missed out on all those nutrients my growing body needed.

  5. Under simple carbs I meant to put monosaccharides and disaccharides! Complex carbs is correct with polysaccharides. Oopsies!

  9. they say it takes 1 month to notice a change yourself, it takes 2 months for your close friends or family to notice the change in you, and it takes 3 months for the whole word to notice the change :D.

  20. Make sure to not over hydrate people, it can be just as bad as dehydration! But definitely drink up.
