7 am : lemon honey water
8: 30 am:
2 bananas, sliced
1/2 pomegranate seeds
10:30 am: 1/2 cup thick curd, 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds, chopped fresh leaves to garnish
12.30 pm: lunch with 2 roti and sweet potatoes
3.30: snack on dry fruits, half a handful
7 pm: dinner with poha
drink plenty of water all through the day

    • Winner of a video, I been tryin to find out about “u-thyroid” for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried – Yannabarn Vanish Thyroid – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my colleague got great results with it.

    • Shahzain Asim corn flakes are good but I suggest you to replace it with oats. Because oats is more nutritious than corn flakes and it also helps to lose weight. Oats has tons of benefits.

  14. Wheat inflammates thyroid gland and as a general every internal organs. Wheat gluten underactivates thyroid gland hence best to stop using it. Roti should be gluten free.
